PRECISION AND REPEATABILITY IN EVERY SESSION
Two Tri-Brasive® sharpening handles – rotate through five diamond grit plates (220, 320, 400, 600 & 800 grit) and a fine ceramic stone for edge repair, sharpening, and honing in a single setup. Peel-and-stick abrasives are easy to replace when worn.
Angle Setting Dial – adjusts from 15° to 30° in precise 1° increments to accommodate the full range of kitchen, outdoor, and EDC knives. Lock in your angle and return to it exactly, every session.
Leather strop – adds the finishing touch, refining and polishing the edge to a mirror-sharp result after the diamond and ceramic stages.
Ceramic rod for serrations – extends the system to serrated blades, maintaining every part of the edge with the same precision as the main sharpening chassis.
